Once your space is verified, it goes live on our matching platform, ready to be sent as requests to potential renters whose ideas match your space’s profile.
Get requests
When a tenant is interested in your space, we send you a booking request. At this point you can answer their questions and confirm if their idea is the right fit for your space.
Your advisor will help to arrange viewings and clarify other agreement details. When everything is agreed with the tenant, you can accept the booking request and start earning.
We request payment from the tenant through our platform to confirm the space. Collecting the payment upfront through our platform is secure and ensures you are paid on time.
